LRM has permitted over 400 Residential lots over the past 10 years for onsite wastewater systems in this exclusive marquee development. LRM has worked closely with the developer’s land planners and staff to achieve the developer’s goals throughout this project. The process begins with a preliminary soils investigation on a section of property, which is provided to the project land planner who utilizes this information to generate a land plan. A more detailed (permit level) soils investigation is conducted simultaneously with the project surveyor (making slight adjustments as needed), and the final product is a high quality lot, which is permitted seamlessly through the Buncombe County Health Department.
