LRM has provided full service consulting and permitting services on this project since the project inception in February 2014. LRM was initially contracted by the developer, before the purchase of the property, to create a conceptual land plan, project pro-forma, and conduct a preliminary soils evaluation of the 500 acre tract. LRM was then tasked with overall project management, including the creating a Request for Proposals (RFP), and providing assistance with the selection of contractors. The project has been a huge success…..To date LRM has permitted over 170 residential lots for conventional septic systems and our clients have sold over 90 percent of their available inventory.
