LRM was contracted by the developer while in due diligence on the property to perform a preliminary soils evaluation on a 99 lot layout for the proposed Sovereign Oaks development. Upon completion of the preliminary, the client acquired the property and began development of the property. LRM worked with the developer and their consulting engineers and surveyors to finalize lot lines based on soil suitability for septic systems for each proposed lot and house site. LRM successfully completed the permitting of each of the 99 lots for conventional septic systems. This project was a huge success and all lots being sold within two years. LRM has moved with two other successful projects with this developer.
