LRM was originally contracted by the developer to perform a preliminary soils evaluation on approximately 60 recorded lots and 800 acres of a project that was under contract and being purchased from the bank. LRM has since assessed, and provided necessary septic easements / lot line adjustments on over 200 lots within the community. The developer has reaped the benefits of LRM’s soil/site assessments, coordination with the project surveyor, and relationship with the local regulators. These assessments have allowed the developer to guarantee their clients that the lots purchased will be permitted for a septic system and, therefore, quickly close lots. The project has been a huge success for the developer. Due to high demand, the developer has continued to acquire surrounding tracts of land and expand the projects footprint and product type. The development now includes RV sites, River Cottages, multiple clubhouses and event centers.
